Refund policy

Buyer must cover full cost of return shipping, our initial shipping fee (£14.40) plus a restocking and admin fee 20% of total cost.
Please note this is on the condition of the item not being unreasonably handled, used, tampered or altered including any packaging in any way such that it is not possible to resell without further action from us. If this is not the case then we will charge additional costs at our discretion depending on the condition of the returned item.
If you wish to return the item, please reply to confirm this.
Once your item is returned back to us, we will analyze the item to ascertain any defect/malfunction.
The turn around time scale for the resolution above after we receive your product back will be within 14 working days.
Please provide tracking number and courier used once return has been dispatched.
If no tracking number is provided with name of courier then this will cause delays in processing.

In the case of a used faulty item for replacement under warranty, return the item in a sealed box, ensuring the item has been cleaned and dried.

On the box, write your name and order number (without a name and order number on the box, the item will be refused and returned to sender, as without a name we cannot track the return).
